Show Special Event -
17th Old Truck and Machinery Show and MACK MUSTER
This year is our 17th annual show and it's shaping up to be a great event.
We are featuring the 1988 model Mack Bi-Centennial Trucks of which there were only 16 made.
We are hoping to have 12 of them at the show. Each truck has the name of an
Australian Explorer or Bush Ranger painted on the front of the sleeper cab and
they were produced to help Australia celebrate it's 200th. anniversary.
We are also trying to break the record for the number of Mack Trucks assembled at
the same place at the same time.
The record stands at 75 (set in Colac, Victoria late last year)
so we are trying to assemble as many Mack as possible on Saturday afternoon the 25th September,
at Cleveland Show grounds, Long Street, Cleveland, for the official count to take place
between 2 and 3 pm. Entry is free to anyone exhibiting a Mack or any old truck,
tractor or display at our show. You can download an entry form from this website.
Any other info. please phone Ron on 0402234657 or Graham on 33486166 or a/h 32075159.
We'd love to see as many trucks as possible there to celebrate with us.
The show is a 2 day event, 25th and 26 September and there is something for all the family.
There are parades through out the week-end with a commentary and interview with the
driver on each vehicle in the parade. Food and drinks are available and entry for the
public is $5.00 for adults and children under 14 are free. Looking forward
to seeing you all there
